We work on residential and small commercial projects across Toronto and the GTA. Four core scopes, delivered in-house or through licensed trades we supervise directly — with one estimate, one schedule and one point of contact from demolition to handoff.

Solar and high-performance envelopes, planned in from day one
Toronto rooftops return roughly 1,200 kWh per installed kilowatt each year — enough that a properly sized array covers most of a home's electricity. Because we handle the roof, the structure and the electrical as one scope, the array goes on a roof that is ready for it and stays watertight for the panels' full 25-year life.
